It's close to the beach and convenience stores
Nice place, friendly and welcoming, clean and comfortable.
Everything was just fine, good location - close to the beach, shops, markets etc., nice room, comfy bed and very friendly and helpful owners. Very quiet.
The guest-house is great value for money and well-located just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Lots of cafes and eateries close by, including a "food street" right beside the guest house. Rooms are basic but with all the essentials - WiFi, air-conditioning, private bathroom, etc. Plus there is a rooftop area where you can chill. Tian who runs the place was extremely kind and welcoming, and did his best to ensure that I enjoyed my time in Quy Nhon. He is for sure one of the friendliest Vietnamese people I have met thus far! I even got to meet some of his friends and they were really cool too :) Oh and the lobby downstairs is rather interesting - a work of art you might say! I really enjoyed my stay and will be returning if I am in Quy Nhon again.
It's rather comfortable with basic facilities. Good hot water shower, good aircon and lots of sockets.
