The location was great . Out of the main traffic and amazing view. Try to book the 6th floor its close to observation desk. They had a good breakfast . I would stay there again for sure.
The location was very convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff service was exceptional. Thanks to Kim, hotel staff who put extra effort on helping us with many things. Will definitely stay again here when we revisit Sapa in the future and will recommend to friends this hotel.
I like the location, quite but in the center, .. I like the stuff they were very friendly and help full .. they let to uae the hotel again even my booking is done and checked out
this is truly the best hotel i have stayed in in a quite a while. incredibly kind, gentle and helpful staff, especially the young lady without eyeglasses(she deserves a pay raise). the breakfast buffet was amazing. it's even better having it out on the patio that overlooks the whole Sapa town.
The view was magnificent and the staff was very friendly!
