I stayed in this hotel for 12 nights and it exceeded all my expectations. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony which was a really nice touch. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was really comfortable. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful, I'd like to give special praise to Thien who greeted guests at the door. He was always cheerful, humorous, and extremely helpful, He is truly an asset to the hotel. The free airport transfer was also a pleasant bonus.

Incredible staff who were so kind and extremely respectful. Wonderful hotel, great gym, nice pool although small and not heated 12.5 m length). Excellent area. They did my laundry for a very small fee. Highly recommend. Front desk staff said hi to me everytime I walked in. Thien and Vi treated me like a queen and were the kindest people I ever met. Highly recommend!
