Property is very clean and same as the pictures. Our flight was delayed and we came to n post midnight but it was a hassle free check in. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Property is Highly recommended.

First of all, the check-in was smooth. The receptionist, Thui, was always smiling and informative. As we were first time in Hanoi, we asked her about where to eat and the places she recommended as great! In fact, the Pho joint which is about 6 mins walk from the apartment is pretty famous with the locals. The apartment was spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping was available. Comes with washer cum dryer and the big tub of mineral water provided in the room was a bonus. So no need to buy your own mineral water. Some reviews commented that the beer garden beside the apartment was noisy. However, we didn't hear any loud noises in the night. Circle K (minimart) in the lobby was really convenient. As we prefer a quieter environment as compared to the hustle and bustle of old quarters, this location is perfect for us. To go to old quarters, it is only about less than 10 mins Grab ride.
