The hotel has a perfect location, close to many attractions and public transport. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We truly felt welcomed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
Everything. Rooms clean and comfy, great location within old quarter but far enough away it was quiet at night even with a balcony room. Staff next level helpful, kind, respectful and welcoming. Amazing.
The excellent and friendly staff made our trip to Hanoi very fun-filled and memorable.
The reception and staff overall were absolutely outstanding. Very nice and kind and willing to help at any time. Tomas and Lisa at the reception desk are the true gems of this facility. Rooms were big and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Totally recommend
