Amazing property, by far our favourite place we stayed at in Vietnam. Staff were so friendly, kind and accommodating providing us water and arranging transport from our bus when we arrived very late. Location was great too, close to old town and the city with great restaurants nearby too. Highly recommend getting a scooter to make getting around super easy. Would definitely recommend staying here, the property surround by the mountains is stunning!

The property is beautifully landscaped and the staff were all extremely friendly and kind. The location is very quiet and peaceful with easy access to Mua Cave and Trang An. We had a nice view of a lotus field from our private balcony. By motorbike you can get to Tam Coc through the Rice Fields in 15 minute, same to Hoa Lu. Would definitely recommend renting a motorbike if you stay here, so you can explore the town.

Beautifully designed little villas with a gorgeous view.

It was relatively new so everything was clean and working well. The view of the mountains and water was unreal and the sounds of the insects was something we won't forget. Hai on the front desk was also particularly helpful. Book this place if you want to feel a bit secluded and closer to nature.

This resort is incredibly well-maintained. Beautiful flowers and fruit trees, free bicycles, and a swimming pool nestled in the mountains. It's relaxing, out of the hustle of town but close enough to get there by bikes or a long walk. Hai was amazing -- organised taxis at the last minute for us, accommodated us for our baby and brought food ordered from the restaurant to us, and was just polite and friendly. All the other staff members like the housekeeping and maintenance staff were sweet and kind too, always with a smile, helping with bags and giving a warm welcome. Great calm place to stay, new and comfortable! Loved it. Worth being a little outside of town to experience the magic of Ninh Binh
