The hotel and room were beautiful. The staff was friendly and attentive 10/10. Breakfast was delicious. Would absolutely recommend and return.

Just like in the photos and even better in person. Staff was very welcoming, kind and attentive. We arrived earlier than check in time and they stored our luggage so that we could go explore the lovely French quarter neighborhood (highly recommend Luk Lak restaurant for lunch). Our room was really nice, spacious and clean. The seating area with floor to ceiling windows brightened up the room and also made it feel bigger. The bed was one the most comfortable from our two weeks in Vietnam. Loved the deep bathtub and fresh smelling toiletries, the fluffy bathrobes were a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent, many choices of local and western food. Fresh fruit, pastries and cooked to order eggs were appreciated. The best hotel out of our two time stay in Hanoi, highly recommend it for the great service and wonderful property.

Wonderful service, fantastic facility. If you read about the story behind the building, you may enjoy it even more. It exceeds its class - many boutique hotels are good for photos only and bad for everything else - not this one. It is one with decent service quality.

The hotel is nicely designed and managed. It is in a location where you can easily walk to all the major sights. Lots of good restaurants nearby and much more relaxing than staying in the old quarter. They also give great recommendations.
