Helped arrange a late transfer from HAN airport to hotel. Then helped assist a late check in (11pm). Following day allowed us to store our luggage all day before taking the night train at 9:30pm. Staff was very friendly and provided us with recommendations on how to fill our day in Hanoi.

Everything are you excellent! The staff were so hospitable and very attentive to our needs. The place is clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere. They even offered things that will make us comfortable even if we have already checked out. They also gifted us a free room upgrade because we are celebrating our anniversary.
The staff was very helpful to us. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good and comes with free options for your egg preference. :)
