AC worked well, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great location
It was a cozy and the staffs are accommodating and friendly. We only stayed for a night here but it was still a pleasant stay. Staffs even packed us some breakfast since we weren’t able to eat at the hotel because of our early trip to Sapa. Their rooms are spacious and clean. Their location is superb since it’s a few minutes walk to the popular tourist attractions in Old Quarter. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Hanoi
Very responsive staff. Since we had a late night bus, we were able to leave our bags at the hotel and take a shower before leaving. Breakfast was good, you can also order an omelette or fried eggs. Breakfast in the next building.
The staff were greattt. The breakfast was wonderful. The location is very near to the lake and central market. Easy to get everywhere.
David was extremely helpful for everything. He assisted us with transportation and tour. The room was very clean and spacious. It's located in the old quarter and close to everything. The breakfast was 5-star and exceeded our expectation! Highly recommended!
