Dinh from the reception was very helpful from the moment I made the booking. She helped me arranged also for the booking of my tours. All the staff in the hotel were very accommodating.
The room was really clean and spacious. Have a little closet to hang clothes and a nice bathroom with a hot shower. They came in and gave us new towels everyday and emptied the bin (unless you put a sign on the door saying no need for a refresh).
Very conveniently located in the heart of the old quarter. The room had all the basic necessities after a hot day walking around.
Was in the middle of old town nice people and clean rooms
Helpful and competent staff. Can communicate in English.
