Location was great. Very central but because it is located back from the street quite quiet at night. Comfortable bed and decent sized room, staff was very friendly.

Great location, the room was big and had a balcony and a Big bathroom. the bed was super comfortable we had a perfect sleep. The staff was also super kind

The staff were very helpful, and the location is close to the lake. The room was cozy, making for a comfortable stay. It was my first time visiting Hanoi, and they made our trip much easier. You can rent motorbikes or book a bus to Ninh Binh just by asking the staff. The prices for all services were also very reasonable.
