The hotel is well-located, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, and while some team members are older, they were still attentive and committed to providing good service. Try the Bun Cha next to the hotel so yummy.

The location is perfect, near everything and at the same time away from the noise. The food was simple and good. The staff amazing the gentleman at the tour desk was able to help us with anything transportation and tours related. We had a great time and good value for money.

You get what you pay for. Not the best hotel but good enough. We stay here for 7 days. Using the first day to rest and 4 days to store our luggage while we vist ha long bay and pu luong village. Walking distance to everything you to go. Staff is nice, and attentive. They also provide water bottles for you daily. .

This hotel is located in the old quarter so there are authentic restaurants around. It is also close to the Hoan kiem lake which is also a tourist attraction. The hotel owner is very nice and let us check in because we arrived early. There is no problem communicating in English. The hotel room is big and clean, the breakfast is also good, and the room price is acceptable.
