Bryan and his hospitality
Very friendly staff and helping all the time.
Staff is friendly and Bryan always had a suggestion or advice on where to go or what to do!
We didn't avail of breakfast, but there are a lot of food shops surrounding the hotel. It is centrally located. The hotel manager, Bryan and the receptionist, Anna are so charming, accommodating, and helpful. We felt so at home.
The location is prime, right in the old quarter. Despite being in a busy area, it's surprisingly quiet, allowing me to rest well.
The hotel is just a block away from the lake. It is surrounded by eateries, parlors, and souvenir shops. Across it, is Circle K, a 24 hour store. The hotel is small. It is narrow like most buildings in Hanoi, but we had a comfortable stay and we were treated like VIPs. We were warmly welcomed there. It was our home away from way.
