The friendliness of the team, the breakfast was superb every morning.
Hanoi Old quarter hotel was centrally located in the old quarter. I appreciated how close it was to Hoan Kiem lake especially BUT it was truly the staff that sold me on this stay. Both Ms. Doris and Mr. Jeff were extremely warm, patient and kind. If it weren’t for them, my first day in Vietnam would not feel so amazing!
There was hot water and AC + Fan available. They also had lamps that had different settings of brightness which I could very beneficial.
It was conveniently located in Old Quarter area, everything is within walking distance
