The location is also perfect, making it very convenient for both sightseeing and business. The staff were friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean and very comfortable . I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

The room that we had booked was very small and had no ventilation, but we were able to pay extra and upgrade to the deluxe room which was spacious and had a balcony too. The staff were super helpful with the upgrade as well as guiding us for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. Really appreciated the fresh fruits and Continental breakfast options as we are not used to Vietnamese foods. The location was the best part, right in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarters so we could easily experience the street food, the night life, the night markets.. the overall vibe was great. The tours picked us up right from the hotel too.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the Old Quarter, near Hoan Kiem Lake and all the places worth visiting in the city. Hotel staff were very helpful with our requests as well, and even booked us a motorcycle and pointed us to worthwhile places to visit. Very friendly staff and front desk and rooms were very clean. We stayed for three days and they even offered us an upgrade once the rooms were available although we didnt needed upgrading as the room we first stayed in was fine.

We like the spacious room and we appreciate the customer service of the staff. Most of all, we love the area as it is accessible to all the famous landmarks of Hanoi.
