The location is good. And the staff is very courteous and helpful particularly Ms. Danny a young man and a young lady ( I forgot asking the name ) are the wonderful people and professionals.
The coffee and tea are offered and available anytime as complimentary.
The bed is good and the rest room is clean. The washing room is big enough.
It is located at center of Hanoi, Near to all establishments restaurants shops bars etc. the room is clean and comfortable. The staffs are very kind and helpful. It has a free breaskfast . Staying here is so worth it.
Danny and the female manager (forgot her name) treated us like family. The breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Staff knew us by name and were happy to help us to get any place that we needed to get to.
I was delighted to see an elevator in this building. The air conditioning was perfect and we even had a little fridge in our room. There is a Circle K right across the street also.
It's in the middle of Old Quarter, easy to find and near to everywhere by walking distance. The stafs are friendly and very helpful. We're really enjoy staying here.
