Good morning, I would like to let you know that we had a very pleasant stay at your hotel. It is a nice place, relatively quiet (away from traffic) and your staff was pleasant to deal with. Always a friendly word, helpful and polite. We found that, in the stressful period with my daughter Mirjam in the hospital, very pleasant and relaxing. Near the central of Hanoi. Near many local food store. Easy to access by taxi

My stay at the hotel was convenient. Staff were very friendly. They don't speak English, but it wasn't a problem at all. they manage to communicate using the translation devise. This is my second visit to the place and I would definitely visit again if im back to work at the university as its very close to the university. Its default to use the table for work, but you can go downstairs for the dining room where there are tables.

Very spacious room with a big balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Staff didn’t speak English but didn’t have any issues communicating through translating apps. Clean, spacious and nice bike parking.
