When we arrived at the resort, we were upgraded to a larger room which was fantastic! The bed was comfortable, bathroom functional and large wardrobe for storing luggage. It's a quiet location with beautiful gardens, a swimming pool and restaurant/bar. Many a night was spent playing pool with a reasonably priced cocktail in hand! The resort staff were very friendly and helpful. They organised a motorbike for us at a low price. The manager's hospitality went above and beyond many times. He drove us to the centre to purchase clothes on a rainy day and even took us to a great hotpot restaurant. We would definitely stay here again.

It was like being home. Mr.chi invited us for playing pool and jenga every night. They also offered us some handmade wine and food and spent nights together. It was fantastic. Probably the best experience in vietnam so far in the accomodations. Definitely recommended. I wish i could have spent more time

Great resort with plenty of facilities: swimming-pool, gardens, pool-bar,...

We stayed here over a weekend instead of booking a one day tour from hanoi and we loved our stay. The staff were excellent, Mr Chi greeted us and helped us with places to go, bike hire and also helped drop us around at places. We loved our bungalows, they were clean and spacious enough for 2 people. The actual resort is beautiful! It was very quiet, the whole area was clean and the restaurant was huge.

Had a great stay here. We loved the peace and quiet, the beautiful landscaping. The food and the super- friendly staff !
