The hotel is super conveniently located, and you can really experience the city just walking around the nearby vicinity. We were able to get to many locations and food spots we wanted to even by walking so that's a big plus. Room-wise, it's spacious and clean, and there's a really regal feel to the interior. Staff is also super helpful and polite, and set up birthday decorations on request. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're back in Hanoi!

The staff were extremely helpful in organising prompt transfers to the airport. Great location near to restaurants and shops.
