The staff was very friendly and help us a lot, we had 1-year-old baby and the weather was little cold, so they provide us the heater. The location was perfect

We stayed overnight as we were being transit at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi. We were looking for a place place that we can get a good night sleep. we got more than what we ere looking for. The bed was firm which is what we like. The hotel is located in a smaller street away from traffic and the noise from street food vendors. There was hot water for us to take showers. The pick up from the airport was free. The driver was waiting for us with a sign. We found him easily. We arrived late at the airport around 11:45 pm. The vehicle was a full size SUV. The driver was a friendly and helpful. We order the free breakfast and they brought to our room which was very nice. Beef pho was very good. The hotel decoration was very nice .They looked fancy for the location. the room looked very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything in the room was appropriate.

We booked this hotel to just get a feel for Vietnam before heading into the cities, it was comfortable.
