This place was beautifully from beginning to end. The staff was very friendly. Great hotel with a really good price. The breakfast was delicious. 100% recommend. Oh and the rooftop bar has a really good view don’t forget to check it out

Location is strategic, despite being on a busy street, the room has good sound proof. Staff are passionate and helpful in giving recommendations. They go above and beyond to prepare small gift upon check out and send us out to our grab ride.

Staff were amazing! Always willing to help with our needs. Made us food to go as we checked out and caught night bus to sapa, they even sent staff member to guide us too bus and help with luggage. Manager wrote a hand written letter with a present to go with.

We had an incredible stay at the lake view room. Aside from the charming space and tasteful decor, amenities are great, the bed is super comfortable and all exceeded expectations. What was most notable for us, however, was the service and hospitality. Every single person we came across were exemplary, truly going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Will be back here my next time in Hanoi.

Silvia and the other lady that worked from late afternoon were very helpful and professional. Helped me set up a car pick up from hotel to airport as well as packed us some breakfast to go. Fantastic staff and the room was beautiful and clean.
