Staff were great. Friendly and helpful. Coffee shop on the first floor was nice. Lots of plants made for a cozy atmosphere. Room was large enough and well lit. Nice shower and bathroom. Laundry service was affordable and quick.
The staff were all very nice and always helpful! Towels and linens were clean and smelled good. Laundry service offered at a good price and delivered back the same day (we dropped it off at 10am to front desk and it was ready at 5pm). Smart TV, kettle, A/C worked great. Scooter rental was easy with front desk and cost 150,000VND per day for a brand new scooter. Location was quiet.
Everything was perfect. They even upgraded us to a large suite and gave us free breakfast one day.
People here are extremely nice and they are always there to help.

Clean room, nice staff. It was comfortable to stay in the hotel. Old train station is in 10 minutes walk.
