The properly is close by walk to to the lotte department store as well as Vincom Center Metropolis with a lotte mart located in the same location as the hotel. The Sky Lounge is located in the same building with easy access from the hotel itself Getting a tax to the old quarter is around 20min by car so overall a good location

The stay was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, close to many local markets and well-known brand stores inside the mall. The facilities were clean and elegant, making it a relaxing experience.

The hotel has high floors which provide excellent view over Hanoi. Room was spacious and well equipped. Staff were hospitable and well-trained. And last but not least, the brunch buffet at Grill 63 restaurant was really good.

The staff is very helpful, many options for a pleasant vacation within the hotel. The hotel area is pleasant with easy access to the airport.

what an amazing stay. this was my first time at Lotte Hotel globally. i am so impressed. staff are so professional. I want to thank the entire team and Lotte Hanoi for such an amazing experience.
