Location is great. It's close enough to everything, but not as busy and crowded. This area is bit quieter, and there are actual sidewalks along the street, unlike the busier parts of town. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I had a room where almost the entire wall was a window, so the view and natural light was fantastic.

Very good location, which is right beside a good banh cuon place and on the same street as a lot of popular local cafes (including Cafe Giang) & bun cha places. Since the hotel is in the old quarter, it's easy to walk to anywhere within the old quarter and Hoan Kiem lake. The room has sound proofing so we slept very well despite being located on a busy street. Beds were very comfortable and clean, bathroom was well stocked and cleaned well too. We would love to stay in this hotel again. It's very affordable for the quality and cleanliness.

We like about the property because it is very clean and they have a friendly staff on the hotel. Specially, Quan who us one of the staff helped us and gave us a lot of information about the place.
