Apartment was whery clean, 2 bathrooms,2 bedrooms and comfy couch. Great view from the balcony. The host Speaks good english and was whery helpfull. We got invited out for authentic vietnamese seefood with the host and his lovely family, such a charming and friendly couple. Location is great. Apartment was bigger than picture. Quiet area.

Our stay at this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment was excellent. The host family/owners were the kindest loveliest people. At arrival we were greeted and shown the apartment and facilities and given a welcome gift and the hosts went out of their way to advise us and arrange transport and other things. Through NO fault of the owner the power to the entire complex was cut off between approx 1600 and 2000 for three days while we were there (unscheduled maintenance by the city) and the owner Mr Thuy and his family were so kind and plied us with portable lights and hot food which was absolutely lovely. The apartment views are spectacular and the facilities including WIFI were very very good. And the location is excellent with a wide choice of food within easy walking distance. Overall we spent a lovely few days in this relaxing well appointed apartment and would have no hesitation in staying again. Thank you Mr Thuy and family.

The rooms were spacious clean and the facilities were great with a good kitchen and a few spices and sauces which was a nice touch, a TV with netflix is always a great addition. The hosts are amazing and lovely, they will help with any requests or questions, they organised a tour of the bay for us which was amazing. They are a lovely family and so helpful.

The host was super nice and helpful and gave us a lot of tips what to explore in Ha Long.
