The room was a bit on the small side, but it was clean and functional.
That said, some hotel rooms could use improvements, especially since a few lacked proper ventilation, which affected comfort.
The hotel itself is lovely, with great food that exceeded my expectations. What really stood out, though, was the staff - everyone was friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. Their warmth made the stay even more memorable and enjoyable.
Staying in the Old Quarter gave us an authentic Hanoi experience, and this hotel was the perfect base for it. The location was ideal for exploring the city’s vibrant streets and culture. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to truly feel the heartbeat of Hanoi.
