Communication from moment of booking was amazing. English was great. Airport pick up was a breeze. Owners of the property were lovely. If you are looking to experience the authentic Vietnamese living, I highly recommend this place if you are open minded. Very central, everything is walking distance.

There are two bedrooms , 2nd one is under the roof, which makes it more hot, there is an extra fan there
so it was okay.

The location - close enough to District 1 amenities yet facing a quieter road.
My children also enjoyed the Famicom and I could show them what the games were like in my childhood.
And the mezzanine bed'room' makes it an ideal family destination.
There were plumbing issues and a pipe leaked during our stay leaving a huge puddle on the floor, but the management handled it promptly, even late in the evening, sending a maid to clean it up and a plumber the next day to fix the root cause. I am not lowering the mark for this, as the building looks 50 years old, so you may expect some wear of the facilities, and the great response from the management.
