Everything except the breakfast, which is very limited in choices.

Generally a really lovey and chill spot to spend a few days. Breakfast was amazing

Everything. We could have stayed forever. Staff the best ever, friendly, efficient, caring, right there when you needed something. Facilities excellent. Besides the pool there were 2 private beaches on each side of the hotel. Restaurant had excellent food with a breakfast included in cost that had everything you could imagine. We enjoyed the steam room and jacuzzi on one wet day and excellent massages. Our room looked over to the river with lovely terrace and a giant bath tub , with shower, we so enjoyed. There were also shuttle buses going to the old town several times a day. Best hotel we stayed in our whole 2 month trip.

Comfortable room, good pool, tasty food and friendly and efficient staff. Out of busy Hoi An but easy to get to.

Well, when you go on a beach vacation and the weather does not cooperate you are forced onto Hotel services to a greater degree and they did not disappoint. Staff excellent. Bungalow by the beach with the crashing waves (see weather) worth the extra money. Pool delightful if we had been brave enough to get into it with the rain pouring down.
