The staff is amazing. Some of them can’t speak good level of English but all of them are trying their best to communicate and help with a kind smile on their face. The hotel is very big and luxurious. Open buffet is delicious and has a good range of options, close to Grandworld and great value for money. I highly recommend to visit all the places they offer to visit (Vinworld, Grandworld, Safari etc.). Phu Quoc is one the most beautiful place I have ever visited. Everyone should give this place a chance for an affordable luxurious experience.
Close to Vinwonder park, Vinpearl Safari. Beach is clean. Facilities are well-maintained.

We stayed for 8 nights at this wonderful hotel and ejoyed every moment of it. Family friendly (we traveled with 3 kids). Amazingly friendly and corteous staff. Cold drink at the reception was really nice after 8 hour flight. Food and amenities were awesome. Thank you Wyndham!
