Impeccable apartment and great value for the money. In a good location, less than 5 minutes away from train street but with none of the bustle.

Location was really excellent. Walkable to most places and near great restaurants and cafes. Like many other places in Southeast Asia, you have to flip a switch to turn on the water heater for the shower, FYI. The owner was so helpful and always quick to respond. It was great to have our own washing machines.

The apartment is in a very quiet street in between the old town and the Citadel, and very near to the train street! It was very comfortable with a great bed and a kitchen! The host was extremely helpful!

Our stay at Zody House was arguably one of the best elements of our time in Hanoi, with a quiet and comfortable place to stay and plenty of room to stretch out, cook, and make a home base for exploration of the city later. Binh was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure we understood what was accessible and good in the city with recommendations for transport and local groceries.
