Good, clean rooms. Easy check in. I only stayed here overnight before catching my flight.

Recently and tastefully renovated, friendly staff, very clean and spacious rooms, great location...close to airport and nice dining and shopping areas.

The staff was wonderful everywhere: the front desk, the cleaning team, the people who served breakfast. The location of the hotel is great. It's actually behind the Westin Camino Real and is part of the same chain, but because it doesn't have a fancy lobby or stores inside, a pool, etc., the Biltmore is a lot cheaper. The hotels connect from the inside though, so it's very easy to go to the Westin for dinner, or just to enjoy drinks at the lobby.

The staff is super friendly! Great service and great rooms! Awesome shower! Great location in safe area!

Breakfast was delicious! Plentiful and long duration which accommodated all of us and allowed for conversations. Location was convenient to other local good restaurants and shopping.
