The Hotel boutique casa Jose is very quiet and is very central to the places to visit in Alta Verapaz
The workers are very friendly and very professional. They treat you like family and that makes you feel very good.
I can't say enough good things about the friendly and kind proprietors of this hotel. They were VERY helpful and we felt very welcome there. The bed was very comfortable and the room was super clean. We appreciated use of the refrigerator. Elaina helped us to order food for delivery at dinnertime and this was very much appreciated. She also drove me to the supermarket to buy food. We also had an allergy to the air freshener in the bathroom. Elaina's husband turned it off during our stay to keep us comfortable. They really helped us feel comfortable and welcomed.
The staff is very gentle, kind and is taking good care of you. The host lady was so warm and she welcomed us with pleasure and kindness.
