Friendly, communicative, and accommodating staff. The only hotel in the area that offers laundry service on Sundays, which is a big help for travelers who are stopping through for only one day. Easily arranged airport shuttles.
Friendly and accommodating staff, across the street from 2 great places to eat and well maintained and charming grounds.
The location was good, it was in a walking distance to the big shopping mall Oakland Mall, and the Pop Vuh Museum. The room was spacious and really quiet, very comfortable. I really liked that there was a desk in the room. The garden was perfect for a short stroll before a breakfast, which was delicious.
The staff was both friendly and helpful.
The environs were tranquil and inside like a quiet villa.
The rooms were equipped with fans but it was still warm at night.
The showers were a step down in the bathroom, so watch your footing!
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good! The location was within walking distance of Oakland Place mall, which has a lot of great shops and food options.
If you are renting a car, they have a security guard for their limited parking spots and for the main door to the hotel.
