It’s a 7 minute uber drive to the town square and yet far enough, where you can get some sleep without the traffic and bars and restaurants.

It's clean and quiet as far as street noise (it can get very loud in Antigua, and I chose the location on the edge of town for a good sleep), and also guests were respectful, the staff is awesome, nice two terraces with view of volcano, and kitchen facilities. It's basically a residential house made into a guest house which makes it very homie. I actually found myself not wanting to leave when time came to move to another hotel.

It’s a beautiful and new place. The shared kitchen is very well equipped and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the room is equipped with desk, chair and closet, which I appreciated a lot as I do not like to keep everything inside the suitcase. The staff is really nice and organice the airport transfer for my arrival (for extra cost) which was very convenient. The shared bathroom was perfectly clean and daily shampoo was provided. The bed linen and towels also very good quality and clean. I love everything about staying here and would come back. For other travelers I’d just mention that it has stairs to get to the rooms and kitchen and this might be uncomfortable for others and also the location it’s not central but I love the daily walk. Definitely recommend it and would come back.

the space is comfy and off the beaten path. I enjoyed the peace. the staff was above and beyond helpful!!

Very nice roof terrace. Large kitchen. Good bed, super clean including the mutual areas. Quiet area at night.
