We loved the location and hotel. Centrally located, walked to the central park a few blocks away, felt safe, clean, and has a casino onsite! Property has several food options onsite. For those interested there is also a night club next door. There’s also a modern gas station in front of the property.
Breakfast provided was excellent. Other meals eaten in same location was very good. The staff providing the service was extremely friendly. Renaldo at the front desk was so good. Friendly. Reliable. I would go there again just for him.

I booked Ruinas Resort for our medical mission team...about 30 people. It exceeded our expectations and turned out to be a very good choice. The staff was helpful and the rooms and common areas were clean and attractive. The food was good. It was a short walk from local restaurants. I would not hesitate to return for our next mission or for a personal stay.
The property was excellent. Our room was great, the facilities were excellent - it was great to have a good restaurant onsite especially after a long day travelling - and the staff were excellent - friendly, professional and very helpful. Thanks to Brian for taking good care of us.
