The front lake view of the room is just magnificent ! Definitely worse it for a relax stay with a beautiful view.

Definitely the best view in San Pedro from every room. We actually chose to stay on the middle floor instead of the top floor so I could lay in the sun, which I liked. They are extremely close to the city center so walking everywhere was very possible and easy. The bathrooms have hot water, but Guatemalan kind (showerhead itself warms the water). The hotel is also next to the main entry to the lake for swimming. It is rocky and somewhat difficult to navigate if you have mobility issues, but being right there was fantastic. There is a kitchen and refrigerator but it is very basic. They do have filtered water for your water bottle. The owners are very kind. They also were able to get our laundry machine washed and dried for us at an amazing price. They lock up at night so strangers and dogs can't get in. While I wasn't a solo female traveler this trip, I would have felt comfortable staying here alone.

The views were amazing & the hammocks were a plus. I loved just sitting outside taking the view in the end my night.

Wonderful view of Lake Ativan, just a short walk from the center of San Pedro, friendly staff.
