Bruno is amazing host. Really helpful and caring. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location perfect for a trip to Tikal and close to the stores and restaurants. We stayed there 3 nights in total and had a great experience!

Bruno is great! Gave me an aguacate and some sweet potato!

Israel was so kind and accommodating. This "hostel" is more of a hotel and I highly recommend. My first room did really smell of sewage, and my stuff now smells, ut Israel moved me to another room wen I expressed concern. If you are in El Remate, stay here! I stayed across the street the night before and it was double the price for the same exact room!

Super friendly host, private room was what you can expect, everything clean with a private bathroom. And there is a beautiful rooftop terrace with a view over the lake. New owner has great vision on making it even better. Would stay here again.

It's super close to the public beach at the lake. Bruno is so nice he let us use his kitchen while we stayed there! Our room was simple but comfortable and the wifi worked well.
