The one-room apartments are wide and confortable, with three windows. Very good shower and confortable bed. Excellent air conditioning, which is uncommon in this part of Germany. Complimentary coffee and bicycles available everyday. The staff were all happy, flexible, and always accommodating.
Excellent staff and service . Breakfast had enough of options hot egg option , cold cuts , pastries , fresh fruit and although pretty much the same spread for the whole week that I was there I had no complaints . Hot showers and air-conditioning was 5 stars .
The hotel is very quiet, clean and modern and the service is excellent. It is situated near the Zoo/Tiergarten and is a 15-20 minute walk away from the central station and the city center. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, warm and clean. We especially liked the dining room, which is airy, comfortable and feels close to nature. The murals are beautiful and very unique. The staff is professional and makes you feel welcome. I would strongly recommend this hotel to couples or families for a short trip to Karlsruhe or in the region.
The place was great. Very nice. Breakfast was really good. Parking wasn’t hard to find.
