It's new, very comfortable, and clean. Everything is guest-friendly.
To my surprise, there was a small kitchenette with a microwave, a kettle and a fridge in my room. Also it was very easy to get to the city center, as well as the airport, by public transport.
I liked the capabilities of remote access controll via app.
Given the location the price is about what you'd expect. The city centre is reachable in 20 minutes and the CCH in 25. I didn't have issues with noise.
