Although much of the process is automated, the staff were friendly and helpful when asked questions. Communication in German and English was easy, and you never felt like you were left alone with your concerns.

The self-check-in at the machine worked perfectly. I arrived late in the evening and was glad that I could get into my room regardless of reception hours. This is a big advantage when you're traveling spontaneously or late.

It's an excellent option for it's price. Literally 5 min walk for the historical city center, very modern and clean bathroom, the room was equipped with small kitchen with kettle and tea. Beds were pretty comfortable. The staff is very polite and helping.

The combination of hotel comfort and apartment feeling is perfect. The kitchenette in particular was a big plus for me as a business traveler.

I felt very comfortable here, the kitchenette is super equipped and the bed is simply fantastic. Despite the central location, it was pleasantly quiet.
