Nicely renovated hotel with welcoming owners. The room was comfortable, parking was close and easy, and the location was central. Dinner there was excellent!

Lovely hotel, really wholesome resteraunt and can really see the owners have spent a lot of time working on it. you can see how proud they are and it makes staying there and enjoying there food ever better. the food was also very nice and fancy.

Centrally located in the Aldstadt. Beautiful old building, has been updated. Nice, large bathroom and room.

Property is run by the owners, a great couple. Wonderful hotel at the base of cobblestone streets. If ever that way again, I would specifically arrange my schedule to stay in the Adler Schiltach, with enough time to walk the town.

Had a beautiful stay for two nights at Adler Schiltach Boutique Hotel & Restaurant. The owners Alex and Christine are very warm and helpful hosts, our arrival day fell on their day-off day, but Christine drove to the hotel especially for us, with her baby son in the car waiting! We really appreciated that. We booked 4 rooms for the two nights, all the rooms are very clean, specious and have all the things needed for the stay. The best part of all is their food! Alex is a gourmet chef, literally! The plate presentation, the quality of the ingredients and the tastes of all the dishes are superb, I would say Michelin Star level. The location of the hotel is right in the town center with centuries-old beautiful colorful German old timber houses around, the most clear water streams running through the town, there are even two supermarkets 10 minutes walk away where we got local fruits and drinks.
