The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful and tasty German breakfast every morning during our 7 night stay and finish our evenings with a glass of wine at the bar/restaurant. Also had a great dinner there with some of our friends and family. A special Thank you to Be Nita and Andreas, 2 of the employees at the hotel. They both took the time to get to know us and always had time for a conversation. We will be staying at Altes Zollhaus again on our next visit.

The hotel and room was fantastic, lovely location in Rinteln. The breakfast has a wide selection of food and teas as well as coffee. The staff were super, Vincent and his colleague overseeing the restaurant on our arrival were so accommodating and welcoming after a flight delay. Cannot thank them enough! Restaurant food is phenomenal and well priced. Great place to stay.

The hotel is very beautiful. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was large, modern and very nice, especially the shower. The food was excellent, the staff exemplary and the dining facilty / bar was very nice and relaxing. Plenty of free parking.

A nice hotel with perfect view for breakfasts. Lat minute booking can be a bit bumpy but once personal is available they will accommodate for your comfort.

Spotlessly clean room, which was well appointed. Excellent breakfast and really friendly and helpful staff. All areas of the hotel and restaurant have wonderful views.
