1. Location, 10-15 minutes to the centre
2. Apartment, clean and has all the facilities including the washing machine , tea and coffee
3. Owner, was very friendly and helpful with his guidance.

Apartment is very well located, close to the city center and the central train station. Room was clean and as described, including a brand new bathroom
Very clean, quiet, and well equipped apartment. Also, the renter is quickly responsive. We've stayed in many apartments and this one is great.
The apartment was really comfortable and very quiet. Located only a few blocks from 2 supermarkets (Rewe and Lidl). And 20min walking from the Christmas Markets.
