The apartment is renovated, bathroom and Kitchen facilities are designed better than 4 stars hotels. Very nice place for families, and so calm. Location is close to park, walking distance. Restaurants near by. The owner its very respectful and true gentleman.

We loved the property because the room was super clean and it was super close to Europa Park (10min walk) and Rulantica. Checking in and out was very smooth. The host was very polite and his instruction was precise and helpful.
