the location is just in front of the bus stop. the bus goes to the city center and to outside. the appartment is however very quiet because all of the windows face away from the road (into the inner yard with great view). the taxi can as well find the house very easily. exceptionally clean, pizza waiting in the freezer for the guest (particular thanks to the host, as i arrived at 2am), the beds are great, there is coffee, capuccino..really welcoming place

The property was excellent - clean, more than spacious enough for the purpose of my trip, well-supplied with everything you would expect from an apartment. Since my trip was business related, the walking distance to the University and city center was a great feature.

One of the best-equipped accommodations we have ever stayed in. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped, and even though we did not need most of the kitchen equipment, this was still wonderful to have available. The flat was very clean, and the layout is great. Amazing to have so many different kinds of entertainments, especially for small children. There was even a changing station in the bedroom. Huge appreciation for the thought given to this by the owners.

Good location, quiet surroundings.Nice view of many of the Braunschweig church and other historic towers from the window. Nicely equipped kitchen. We were not able to use the underground parking as we travelled in a van which was too high, but we easily found a lot of space in the main street, 100 metres away from the apartment.
