Clean large room, excellent layout and space, combined with clean and modern attire
Lots of places to eat and shop with the mall right next to the hotel
We really enjoyed staying at a hotel located in a mall.
We were allowed early check in, which was great. They also upgraded our room, larger with a wonderful view of the plaza and the river.
The property was exceptionally well located. It’s on the first or second tram stop from Basel into Germany. It is adjacent to the Dreilanderbrucke from which you can walk into France and just a few metres from Switzerland. Also, it is attached to a mall. I was travelling by train and did not have a car so the location is important. The facility itself was very nice. I had a corner room which was up to date and clean. The bathroom was exceptional. It was also very clean.
