Really nice wellness area with plenty of resting spots, indoor and outdoor pools and great restaurant.
The hotel had a very nice breakfast area, dining room and outdoor patio. The room was neat and clean.
The reception staff were busy and helpful, answering many questions and helping me with directions and travel issues. It was great to explore the area on a lovely, blue bike from the hotel. My two dinners were delicious; very well prepared and presented. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. Most of the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful too. If I had more time I would have used the Spa facilities. It was a great base from which to explore the area. I also liked the photos of Wendish traditions on display.
Beautiful spa area and clean facilities, the Kegelbahn was a lot of fun! The setting was idealic and the staff were lovely.
