Location, cleanliness, the warm welcome from the host, coffee machine with capsules ready to serve ourselves.
Very clean. Very quiet neighbourhood. The host left sweets to welcome us. The kitchen had essentials. All the furniture was in good condition and relatively new. Everything we needed was available and easy to find. Overall, a very nice experience.
