The service was amazing. When we arrived in the hotel, we got offered a glass of Prosecco or juice as a welcome drink and we got an update for a better suite. Everywhere was very clean. The spa facilities I can only recommend!
It is decorated nicely. Breakfast was nice. The breakfast staff was extremely pleasant. We were welcomed with cheerful greetings. The rest staff was friendly and helpful.
We were surprised how big the spa area is. The staff was very friendly and our experience overall was great. The small double room was bigger than we expected.
Hotel was renovated, so everything seems new and clean. Pool outside is heated so you can easily swim at any time of the day. We got upgrade but that was not needed for us. Most rooms had balcony and our didn’t. Food was very good.
Everything was amazing from the room and the staff and spa and pool.
