Facilities and room was clean. All around acceptable.
It was clean , room was really nice, stuff was so polite , location was so peacfull.
Room was nice and clean, warm and cozy. Breakfast was amazing! Everyone very friendly. Neighborhood is beautiful, close to a nice park and the river.
The area was tranquil and peaceful, with a lot of nature surrounding it. The room was not very big, but it was enough for the stay since we spent most of the time exploring the surroundings, and we stayed for a short time in the room.
The room was small, but it had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any information about the Wi-Fi in the room, and as we were working and returning late each evening, there was no one at reception to ask. It would be really helpful to have all the key information available for guests upon arrival.
We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but we were kindly offered a free coffee, which was a lovely touch.
The location suited our needs well, although it is quite a distance from Hamburg city centre.
